Balenciaga är ju, som ni redan vet, en storfavorit hos mig och jag är inte besviken på vårkollektionen, trots att den är betydligt mer avklädd än tidigare. ÄLSKAR denna magiskt fina bustier/bh-topp, tillsammans med det tunna guldhalsbandet och den slarviga frippan blir det en tiopoängare. Och, hur fantastisk ser inte Kirstin Liljegren ut i detta? För fint.

As you already know Balenciaga will always be close to my heart, it’s just one of those brands that never disappoints you and always opens up your eyes for a new take on dressing but still in their very own Balenciagesque kind of way, Nicolas Ghesquière makes magic, indeed. I love love l o v e this bustier/bralett from ss13, combined with that thin gold necklace and the sort of done but undone hairdo it’s really a perfect 10, don’t you think? Also, Kirstin Liljegren looks amaze.

En annan favorit är den här ärmlösa kappan. Så mycket mer användbar än vad man skulle kunna tro! Bär över tshirt eller stickad tröja, under en annan kappa eller över en skinn- eller militärjacka.

Another favorite is this armless coat. I love these types of garments, they’re so much easier to wear than you might think! Just wear it over a tshirt or knit, under a coat or over a leather- or militaryjacket!

Hos NN07 kommer inspirationen från Argentina. Min favorit är den här tshirten från herrkollektionen. Tänk med typ slappa jeans och stora guldringar i öronen, fint!

I wore my blue jacket. I was a bit hesitant when I bought it but I really don’t regret it now, it’s perfect for grey autumn days.

Today I’ve had a closer looks at the ss13 collection from Rodebjer, show you some pics later!

Nu är jag tillbaka på kontoret igen men det kommer ändå komma lite bilder från London eftersom jag inte riktigt har hunnit med att lägga upp allt. Igår visade Acne sin ss13 i en fantastisk lokal som nästintill kändes som en hockeyrink. Inspirationen kommer från det som är de element som ständigt inspirerar till designprocessen bakom varje kollektion och som är själva grunden för Acne som varumärke, enligt Jonny Johansson själv är det 3 nyckelord; musik, collage och nytt/förnyelse. Kollektionen innehåller en hel del vida, svepande långkjolar och klänningar som inte riktigt föll mig i smaken men byxorna, där emot, fick det att vattnas i munnen. Läderbyxorna med volang nertill såg ut som pure magic när Katlin Aas kom in på “arenan” och i vanlig ordning är läderplaggen fierca (jag har nog aldrig blivit besviken på Acnes läderplagg). Gillar också den feminina touchen i form utav volanger, off the shoulder-toppar och nättare sandaletter, något som känns nytt för Acne.  Ovan ser ni mina favoritlooks.

SO I’m back at the STYLEBY office in Stockholm but I’ll keep doing London posts, since I haven’t had the time to post everything yet. On Sunday, Acne showed their ss13 collection in a showspace that reminded you of a hockey rink. The inspiration for the collection though are music, collage and new, which are the elements that constantly inspires the working process behind each and every collection and are the keywords for Acne as a brand. There were quite a few flowy skirts and dresses in the collection but what really made you go WOW were the pants, there are some t e r r i f i c pants here ladies, the leather pants with sort of a frill with a zipper at the end of the leg worked magic as Katlin Aas walked around the runway arena. The leather pieces, in general are as usual fierce (I don’t think I’ve ever got dissapointed by the leather pieces at Acne) and I like the feminin touch, the frills and off the shoulder tops added something new and gave the collection a softer touch then before. Alltså, det finns ingen kollektion jag är lika spänd på att se som Proenza Schoulers när det är dags för de internationella modeveckorna. Det är alltid dem och Nicolas Ghesquière för Balenciaga som gör så att jag sitter som på nålar när det är dags att klicka mig genom visningsbilderna. Proenza Schouler gör mig ytterst sällan besviken och denna säson är det bara..WOW. Detta kommer helt klart vara en av toppfavoriterna (om inte den största favoriten av dem alla) för spring/summer 2013.

The collections I’m ALWAYS most excited to see are Proenza Schouler and, of course, Nicolas Ghesquière for Balenciaga. I’m truly fascinated by Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough’s work, Proenza Schouler n e v er let’s you down and this season is just..WOW. Don’t even know what to say. This will definitely be one of my top favorites from ss13, if not THE favorite. Can’t get over how good this is.

Om dessa jeans står högt upp på min önskelista? Behöver nog inte ens svara på det. Och en sak är säker, håll hårt i dina leopardmönstrade plagg för de hänger med även i vår (syns ju även i både Céline och Stella McCartney resort 2013, återstår att se om det hänger kvar även i deras ss13-kollektioner). 3.1 Phillip Lim känns alltid bärbart och denna säsong finns det en attityd som inte riktigt har synts till på samma sätt förut, tidigare tycker jag att kollektionerna har känts svalare på något vis, tamare. Jag dras alltid till designers som lyckas förmedla en attityd och som låter det bli en del av konceptet utan att det blir framtvingat och även om Phillip Lim kanske inte tillför något extremt nytänk gillar jag verkligen den här kollektionen, älskar färg-, mönster- och materialkontrasterna och har ingenting emot att se ut så här våren 2013, eller helst nu på en gång.

If these jeans are high up on my wishlist? Don’t think I need to answer that question (not only beacuse I put the question out there but also beacuse, you know, it’s a DEF yes). Also, hold on to all of your leopard printed garments beacuse they’re hanging in there for spring as well (we’ve already seen it at Céline and Stella McCartney Resort 2013 and now we can’t just wait and see if it’s going to be a part of their ss13 collections as well). 3.1 Phillip Lim is always wearable and this season there’s an attitude that we haven’t seen a lot of before, I think many of the past collections have had a softer touch to them, the Phillip Lim girl for spring 2013 feels more confident and stronger. I’m always drawn to designers who communicate a bit more attitude, that portraits a women with that sort of natural authority. Even though the collection might not be the most extreme or putting a lot of new trends on the table  I really like this, love the contrasts in the choices of material, colours and print. Really wouldn’t mind looking like this for spring 2013. No, wait, let me take that back, want to look like this NOW.
