Really like this easy breezy set from Bruuns Bazaar in 100 % silk. I actually looks better in reality, brought it with me to New York and although I didn’t end up using it for the editorial it really got stuck on my mind. Wear it with a pair of flat sandals and your ready for summer!
Went by the By Malene Birger showroom today to take a closer look at their Christmas collection and let me just say, if you’re looking for perfect pieces for dressed up occassions, By Malene Birger is really the place to be. Elegant maxi dresses, pants and blazers with a lot of focus on great materials and details. I must say that I don’t think her stuff are only suitable for gala events or New year’s eve parties though, it’s really a matter of how you wear it. Well, maybe this particular dress isn’t for every day wear (it was love at first sight, couldn’t help it, just had to try it on), but there’s a LOT off beautiful pieces that are. Make sure to take a look, it hit stores in October.

Gick förbi By Malene Birgers showroom idag för att ta en närmre kik på deras “Christmas collection” och jösses, så fina saker! Letar du efter perfekta plagg för högtidliga tillfällen är By Malene Birger helt klart ett märke att spana in. Nu är ju den här klänningen oerhört tjusig (kärlek vid första ögonkastet!), kanske i tjusigaste laget om man inte ska på dunderkalas men det finns en HEL del annat fint (fantastiska byxor och kavajer bland annat) att vila ögonen på. Jag gillar ju, som bekant, att bära plagg av elegantare karaktär på ett lite mer avslappnat sätt, på det viset behöver man inte begränsa sig till att endast bära sina “finkläder” till fest och får mer valuta för pengarna. Just den här kollektionen kommer ut i butik i oktober. Bara ett litet måndagstips!

Ok, so maybe not the fall/winter piece that made you go wow (and there are definitely many of those, that’s for sure) but this dress is simply perfect. It’s simple enough to work on several occassions, both day and night, but still unique. Even though I haven’t tried it on it just seems to be the perfect fit. A true investment piece and I know I’d keep this dress forever. Want it. BADLY.
Brought this top from Donna Karan to a shoot in New York and let me tell you, it’s major. This picture doesn’t do it justice, the material is super nice and it moves beautifully when you walk. I don’t know why but lately I’ve had this obsession with classic Donna Karan pieces…
