Som man väntar på att bilderna från Balenciagas visning ska dyka upp! Är oerhört fascinerad av Nicolas Ghesquière och Balenciaga, han/de har det där som så få har -att ständigt förnya sina visioner men utan att förlora det som är typiskt för varumärket.

Så, vad bjussar kollektionen på? 80-tal (gick ju att ana, då pre fall-kollektionen ofta brukar vara en försmak på vad som komma skall), tröjor med motiv som får tankarna att dras till 80talets framtidsfilmer, grått och neon med inslag av leopardmönster (ett mönster som  syns till även hos Christopher Kane denna säsong) och pösiga läderbrallor (japp, här också!). Som vanligt är ytterplaggen magiska och det är ofta just dessa som får mig på fall. Mycket fint!

When it’s time for Paris fashion week I’m always excited to see the pics from Balenciaga, I get like a child on christmas eve ! I’m really fascinated by Nicolas Ghesquière and Balenciaga, they always manage to renew their visions without loosing what’s typical for the brand, it’s not hard to spot a Balenciaga piece, indepentent from which collection it’s from.
So, what has the fw12 collection to offer? A LOT of 80′s inspiration (which you could guess after seeing the pre fall collection), sweaters with motivs that makes your thoughts go to futuristic movies from the 80′s, grey and bright neon colours with elements of leopard print (which was seen at the Christopher Kane show as well) and baggy leather pants (yes, here too!). As usual, the jackets and coats are real statement jackets -not bad, not bad AT ALL.
